I do my major banking with Prime Bank Limited, Elephant Road Branch and found best so far. Hope all branches of the bank would be good like this. I wish every success of this bank. My suggestion is to upgrade the website regularly. The fax number of Elephant Road branch is to be updated. I strongly suggest to include an option to see my account/credit card status through Internet. There should have an option to put my account number and password to see this account balance and transactions. Nowadays this is very simple job. Ashoke
